Show of Hands – a project born from the passion of winemakers Ben Glover and Liam Steevenson – presents a single-vineyard Pinot Noir crafted from three clones. The wine underwent spontaneous fermentation with 30% of the grapes whole cluster in open-top tanks, followed by 21 days on skins. Fine-tuning came in the form of 12 months in French oak, which adds structure and a welcome spicy complexity. Expect vibrant red fruit notes, a hint of wild thyme, and a refreshing minerality, perhaps paired with roasted duck.
