Expect a vibrant salmon-pink hue and a captivating nose brimming with red berry notes, underpinned by a subtle hint of Alentejo’s characteristic mineral character. The acidity is truly exquisite, building a full-bodied experience that lingers delightfully on the palate. Seriously, it’s fantastic with roasted chicken or grilled fish – a perfect evening, wouldn’t you agree?
