Old wine bottles may show traces of dust and damaged labels, as would be expected given their age. The National Cellar commits to storing all beverages at the correct temperature and humidity, but always opts to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by convention, reveal distinct characteristics in aged wines. However, we inform that beverages exposed to the passage of time—even within a bottle—may have aromas that evolve differently.
