Fermentation proceeded for eight days in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks, with daily stirring. Once fermentation was complete, maceration was extended for an additional five to six days. The wine then spent eight months in a larger stainless‑steel tank, before aging one year in the bottle before release.
