Description

This Lufinha is clearly a wine with a story to tell – that pale yellow hue hints at intriguing past experiences. The nose reveals a refined, smoky character, reminiscent of tobacco leaf and a touch of perfectly roasted coffee, beautifully balanced by a marmelo-like sweetness, a classic flavour of the Setúbal Peninsula. On the palate, a vibrant acidity, courtesy of the Atlantic influence, and a refreshing burst of flavour make it a perfect match with grilled fish or even with some tangy sheep’s cheese. A truly distinctive expression of the Península de Setúbal’s terroir, thanks to the signature contribution of the Fernão Pires grape.
