Mono M is sourced from various old vineyards in the São João da Pesqueira and Cotas do Douro areas, both banks of the Douro River, planted at altitude. These grapes come from ancient vines that we ask growers to bring separately from the rest of the vineyard. In some cases, we also select Mourisco at the selection table, as it is easily identifiable by its distinctive characteristics.
