Solos: muito pobres e graníticos. Vindima: Colheita manual no ponto ideal de maturação. Vinificação: Desfangagem ligeira a frio. Fermentação integral em barricas, a temperaturas controladas entre 18 e 20 °C. Estágio: Após uma fermentação longa, o vinho estagia sobre borras, com bâtonnage regular, durante 10 a 12 meses.
