The extraordinary mineral character of M. Chapoutier’s block Syrahs is evident in Les Greffieux, a 3.5‑hectare vineyard situated at the foot of the hill, with vines planted at the end of World War II. It offers notes of ripe red fruits and spicy nuances. In the 2023 vintage the Syrah displays good structure and a fairly fresh balance, promising excellent ageing potential.
