Maçanita Concept: Maçanita Vinhos is a joint project of two brothers and two oenologists. The wines are crafted together, yet each brother’s preferences, habits, or visions influence their individual creations. The Touriga Nacional, our flagship grape, is presented here in all its floral and aromatic splendor—a true Touriga Nacional, but in rosé form! Origin: 50% Cima Corgo: 25% at 200 m altitude and 25% at 540 m altitude; 50% Baixo Corgo at 750 m altitude. Winemaking: Hand‑picked, highly selective harvest in 20 kg boxes. The bunches are carefully selected on a choice table, then gently crushed and moved to fermentation tanks without pumps. The sangria ferments spontaneously at 12 °C to preserve all aromatic potential. Fresh and elegant rosé. Ideal with fish, shellfish, salads, white meat dishes, and Asian cuisine.
