The bottles of old wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, as expected for their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always opts to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by default, reveal distinctive characteristics in old wine tastings. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, when exposed to time, still experiences aroma evolution even while sealed in a bottle. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
