Henrique Menezes Borges, a merchant, has devoted his whole life to searching for a selection of wines produced on the island of Madeira with the aim of ageing them and building stock. Even today, the H.M. Borges company is run by the fourth generation of his family, and it has not only increased its stock of Madeira wine, but also enriched its quality. The production of H. M.
