The winemaker Raül Bobet explains that “Majjan” means “marrow” in Sanskrit, a name carefully chosen for this late‑harvest sweet white wine that is pure essence. Made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes affected by botrytis and some partially frozen, and then aged for a long period in oak, it is a complex wine with great ageing potential. Despite its sweetness, the palate is surprised by its unique freshness and very high acidity, keeping it balanced. Production is extremely limited.
