Malhadinha The harvest was carried out manually in 12‑kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes were taken straight to the winery, where a rigorous sorting took place. They were then selected, removed, and gently pressed. Fermentation was carried out under controlled temperature in stainless‑steel tanks.
