The Marcolino Sêbo estate is a family‑owned business that has been involved in viticulture for over 45 years, officially founded on 15 May 1975. As the vineyard area expanded and Marcolino Sêbo’s dream of producing his own wine came to life, the idea of building a cellar was realised. At the turn of the century, in 2000, Marcolino Sêbo – with 130 hectares spread across seven plots between Borba and Estremoz, characterised by clay‑limestone and clay‑gypsum soils – began vinifying its grapes, with bottling and marketing taking place in 2001.
