This Costa d'Amalfi Fiorduva Bianco is crafted from a unique blend of Fenile, Ginestra, and Ripoli grapes, grown in unconventional pergola and terrace vineyards along the coast, between 200 and 550 metres above sea level. Harvested by hand within the first ten days of October, the grapes arrive at the cellar perfectly intact. Following a gentle pressing, the juice undergoes cold static clarification and inoculation with selected yeasts, before a three-month maturation in oak barrels at 12°C. The wine displays a deep golden hue and boasts aromas of heather and gorse, alongside exotic fruit notes. On the palate, it’s remarkably textured and persistent, with lingering flavours of dried heather, sultanas and candied fruit – a truly captivating experience.
