Mariotti Surliè is an ancestral sparkling wine (Pet-Nat) made exclusively from the Fortana red grape that grows in a historic vineyard just a few hundred metres from the Adriatic Sea, on sandy soils. During production it spends about 60 days in concrete tanks until, once bottled, it undergoes a second fermentation. It is a very enjoyable wine, with a smooth, refreshing, and vibrant palate. The experience is completed by pleasant aromas of red fruits perceived in the olfactory phase, making this wine an irresistible pleasure.
