This Maritávora Nº2 feels like it’s had a lively chat with the Douro’s grapes – the foot-treading in granite lagares certainly seems to have stirred them up! Aged for 18 months in French oak, it brings notes of vanilla and spice, beautifully balancing the Touriga Nacional and Aragonez’s robust character with a touch of sophisticated elegance. Seriously complex, it’s a fantastic pairing with grilled beef.
