In the mouth it is wonderfully textured and layered, with spicy, nutty, smoky, and firm nuances that echo its muscular marmelo and pear, along with citrus zest. A mature, oily note reminiscent of Hunter Semillon appears at the finish. Extremely complex – a meditative wine.
