The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by convention, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism; even sealed in a bottle, its aromas evolve over time. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product's quality, given that it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, helping to release its natural aromas after many years closed.
