The extended, cool pre-fermentation maceration, utilising Aragonez and Touriga Nacional, hints at a deliberate and measured approach. That slow fermentation, conducted in large vessels at 22°C, ensured a careful extraction of those aromatic nuances. Frankly, it's a wine that’s going to impress, and a fantastic match for a perfectly grilled steak.
