Aromas of marmalade, red berry jam, blackcurrant and molasses. On the palate, it’s wonderfully fruity with an elegant mousse, moderate freshness and a long finish. The colour is brilliantly streamed with very fine and persistent bubbles. Pairs beautifully with delicate Mediterranean seafood dishes and lightly spiced Indian, Chinese or African delicacies, or even with egg-based desserts.
