Established in 1954 by a group of forward-thinking visionaries in Bairrada, the Adega Cooperativa has become a true cornerstone of the region. This cooperative, responsible for nearly 40% of Bairrada’s production, is deeply rooted in the character of the Baga grape – a remarkably vibrant and intense expression of the terroir. It’s a wine that practically begs for a perfectly grilled fish or a delicate salmon to really sing its acidity.
