This rosé is crafted using the “sangrar” technique, drawing out the wine naturally from Marqués de Riscal’s best vineyards on the highest terraces of the Douro. Primarily made from Garnacha with a touch of Aragonese Tinta de Toro, it offers aromas of strawberry and raspberry, a fresh, slightly glyceric and balanced palate. Harvested during a season of abundant rains, it’s an ideal companion for fish, shellfish, pasta and rice.
