This Martini certainly looks the part – like it belongs in a Monte Carlo casino! It’s a beautifully elegant sparkling wine, a toast to sophistication, and I suspect those Chardonnay grapes, grown on chalky soils, are key to the vibrant acidity and the inviting aromas of green apple and toasted bread. Perfect for celebrating – particularly with oysters or a good, flaky white fish, of course.
