In 1950, a group of nine wine producers from the Province of Reggio Emilia founded the Cooperativa Cantine Riunite. Eleven years later, four wineries from the Province of Modena followed their example and established the Consorzio Interprovinciale Vini (CIV). The “Maschio dei Cavalieri” line demonstrates the philosophy of innovation: the careful use of cold‑extraction techniques truly accentuates the release of flavors and aromas from the raw material, enabling the creation of wines that can satisfy even the most demanding palates—making them ideal for special occasions.
