This Barolo, named Margheria, is remarkably refined and elegant, yet maintains a classic, austere character – typical of top-tier 2019 vintages. Notes of bright red berries, wild flowers, mint, blood orange, rose petals and a hint of cinnamon dance across the palate. It possesses a medium body and, despite its austerity, is incredibly inviting. We recommend letting this bottle age for a few more years to allow the tannins to soften – it will undoubtedly reward the patient drinker.
