It’s a full-bodied wine, almost a touch heavy, boasting a silky texture that hints at ageing in oak. The acidity is there, but feels a little lost amidst the richness of the fruit. Thankfully, the finish is long and mouthwatering, and would pair beautifully with a grilled fish or a seafood paella.
