Menin Reserva Branco

Description

Menin Reserva White is made from Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato and Arinto grapes and is aged for eight months in French oak barrels, with repeated bâtonnage. The wine presents a citron‑yellow hue with medium intensity. Its bouquet is elegant, featuring notes of white flowers, green grapefruit, pear‑like white‑fleshed fruit, and barrel spices that recall brioche and white pepper. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and persistent. The estates Quinta da Costa de Cima, Quinta do Sol and Quinta do Caleiro provide the ideal terroir for Menin to craft complex, characterful wines full of finesse and excellent aging potential. The vineyards cover about 55 hectares, of which 10 are old vines; the sustainability philosophy is absent, and the winery was built on a gravity‑based concept. Menin’s winemaking combines traditional vineyard knowledge with the latest vinification technologies to fully exploit the Duranian terroir.
