This Triunvirato Nº6 from Messias certainly appears to have enjoyed a rather indulgent youth. Hand-picked Syrah and Touriga Nacional grapes, meticulously selected, were fermented using their resident wild yeasts in granite lagares. Following a decade of maturation in French oak barrels, the wine has retained a remarkable complexity – a testament to the patience of the producer and a truly rewarding experience alongside a perfectly grilled beef roast.
