Blend made with the love of Ljubomir Stanisic, Inês Capão and Luis Louro. 55 % of “Sempre Cheio” lot, 35 % of “Monte Branco” lot, 10 % of “Vinhas Novas” lot. Vinification: hand‑harvested. The wine combines two fermentation methods: an initial mixed fermentation under temperature control and a co‑fermentation in used French oak barrels. Batonnage for 12 weeks. Forty percent of the wine is aged for 10 months in 600‑L French oak barrels (1–2 years old), while the remaining 60 % is matured in stainless steel in a “sempre cheio” for two years on lees.
