This Jaen, a collaboration between Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges, is a seriously impressive wine – bursting with ripe fruit aromas and a definite dark cherry intensity. It’s got a good, rounded structure, hinting at a medium-bodied wine with a lovely lingering finish. Absolutely delicious paired with a hearty beef dish or a beautifully smoked duck breast.
