This Molares Escolha rosé, born from the schistous soils of the Minho, is a delightful little gem. Its blush is so pale it’s almost ethereal, immediately delivering a burst of wild berry notes alongside a subtle herbaceous undertone – a true echo of the iconic Vinhos Verdes’ refreshing character. Gonçalo Cristovam Meireles Dias’ family tradition, dating back to 1700, has clearly paid off, resulting in a light and incredibly versatile wine, perfect with grilled fish or a vibrant salad of red fruits.
