Vinification: Manual harvest of grapes in 20‑kg crates, subject to rigorous selection upon entry to the cellar. The grapes are then destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless‑steel tank with temperatures controlled at 18 °C. Suggestions: Ideal for pairing with salads, white meats, fish, and shellfish. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve between 10 °C and 12 °C. Consume in moderation.
