The Montanha Real “Tributo de Carreira” is an exclusive edition of a sparkling wine that embodies the entire identity and purpose of Montanha Caves: history, tradition, legacy, and excellence. A balanced blend of Baga—the emblematic grape of Bairrada—together with Chardonnay gives birth to this unique sparkling wine with a golden straw colour and greenish undertones. Its aroma showcases a fresh and complex bouquet, with apple compote notes harmoniously paired with brioche and a subtle hint of lime blossom. On the palate it is enveloping and complex, featuring a touch of toast, a fine mousse, and plenty of crunch. The 14‑year lees ageing imparts the complexity of an unforgettable sparkling wine, from which 3,874 bottles were produced. This is a tribute to the 25‑year career of our oenologist Bruno Seabra, whose story and path intertwine with ours.
