This “Montaria” from the Alentejo delivers a wonderfully robust experience, really showcasing the intensity of the Aragoneses and Trincas grapes. The relentless Alentejo sun and dry soils clearly concentrated those lovely red fruits, adding a welcome touch of spice. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match with grilled beef – a proper ode to Alentejo cuisine, wouldn’t you say?
