This Montaria Reserva is a real journey into the heart of the Alentejo. The ruby colour is an immediate invitation, with the nose revealing a symphony of wild berries, underpinned by a hint of dark chocolate – a clear sign of the ageing Aragonez. It’s beautifully supported by the tannins of the Trincadeira and Syrah, and finishes with a remarkable length, perfect alongside a hearty roasted rabbit with garlic.
