Tictac is produced over time, allowing nature to take its course and highlighted by the Merlot grape. After a careful selection, the wine is fermented at leisure, aging about 27 months in used French oak barrels. The time and dedication to this wine have yielded a refined, modern and fresh profile, presenting a garnet hue, aromas of forest fruits, spice compote, pepper, mocha, and pleasant balsamic notes. Hint of citrus and earthy mineral tones with iodized nuances also emerge. In the mouth it is precise and elegant, with Atlantic freshness, a salty edge and structured mouthfeel, polished tannins with a distinct smoky character, finishing long and delicate. Monte Bluna begins its journey in the wine sector, originating from the Lisbon region, when it acquires a small parcel of vines about 40 years old. The 6 hectares at altitude, bordered by the Atlantic and the Tagus, are now explored to create wines that express a unique and harmonious character, in perfect balance with the environment.
