The project uses only the finest grapes from each region and aims to revive Portugal’s unique traditions. The Monte Cascas brand reflects the character of its growers: passionate, dedicated, and unique! This Vinhas Velhas do Douro Branco is made from the Viosinho grape, aged for 18 months in used French oak barrels, offering mineral notes with hints of grapefruit and juniper on the nose, and a creamy, mineral texture with good acidity on the palate.
