This third iteration from Monte da Raposinha’s Arinto is a delightfully understated introduction to acidity – predictably, a hallmark of the grape – softened by a creamy texture only achieved through careful batonnage. Green apple and citrus notes playfully dance across the palate, underpinned by a mineral expression evocative of the Alentejo terroir. A subtle hint of smoke adds an unexpected layer of complexity, almost as if the wine is playfully teasing you. Wonderful with grilled fish or a wild berry salad for a truly delightful contrast.
