Monte das Servas Escolha is a white wine that offers a fresh, fruit‑forward profile, made from the grape varieties Roupeiro, Arinto, Antão Vaz and Semillon. The Serrano‑Mira family has been crafting quality wines for countless generations. In their vineyards they still keep clay vats dated to 1667, which once served as the containers for wine production. The maternal great‑great‑grandfather of the current owners was one of the three founders and the first president of Adega Cooperativa de Borba (CRL), one of Alentejo’s most promising cooperatives. From a young age the Mira brothers followed in the family’s wine‑making footsteps, and over time they absorbed invaluable experiences that helped shape the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated region, deeply affirming its distinctive characteristics and quality.
