The Serrano Mira family has been linked to producing quality wines for countless generations. On their estates, clay barrels dated 1667 have been preserved, once used as vessels for wine production. The maternal great‑grandfather of the current owners was one of the three founders and the first president of Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of Alentejo’s most promising cooperatives. From an early age, the Mira brothers followed the family wine activities, gradually gaining crucial experience that fed the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the cradle of wines that reflect the story of a distinct, demarcated region, deeply asserting its character and quality. The dedication with which these wines have been crafted for generations gives them an unrivaled body and soul.
