Produced from the grape varieties Fernão Pires, Antão Vaz, Verdelho, and Roupeiro. After the automatic selection of the grapes, a gentle pressing is performed followed by fermentation, carried out separately for each variety, in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks. All winemaking processes are conducted by gravity to best preserve the quality of the grapes.
