The grapes that gave rise to this rosé come from a vineyard at about 500 metres above sea level, enjoying excellent sun exposure, where the predominant varieties are Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz. It displays a clear rosé colour with fresh red‑fruit aromas, and was symbolically bottled on International Women’s Day. Quinta do Monte São Sebastião, based in Murça, covers roughly 7 hectares, of which 4 are vineyards and the remainder host secondary activities such as orchards, almond trees and olive groves. Today the estate not only continues its agricultural and winemaking pursuits but also operates a hotel nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the property. (image merely illustrative)
