This Monte Tondo Soave Classico V.B. is a delightful demonstration of what the Soave region knows how to do. Bright citrus notes intertwine with a hint of black cherry, clearly showcasing the influence of the Schistare and Garganega grapes – a masterful combination. The limestone terroir imparts a refreshing minerality, making it wonderfully suited to grilled fish or a mushroom risotto. A wine that’s already earned a gold medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, quite rightly so.
