MOB Gauvé is an exceptional wine, crafted from a blend of traditional grape varieties grown on century‑old vineyards in Gouveia, at the foot of Serra da Estrela – one of the coolest areas in the Dão region. The wine spent 24 months maturing in used French oak barrels, revealing the fruit’s purity, a vibrant freshness, authenticity and superb balance. Since its inception, M.O.B. has embodied the initials of Moreira, Olazabal, and Borges, a joint venture between wine producers Jorge Moreira (Poeira), Francisco Olazabal (Quinta do Vale Meão), and Jorge Serôdio Borges (Wine & Soul).
