Morgado do Quintão. With a deep commitment to disrupt the status quo and bring viticulture back to its forgotten roots in our region, the current generation of Morgado do Quintão is trying to shape a new perspective on Algarve wines, seizing an opportunity to feed the land where the vine first arrived on the Iberian Peninsula. Hand‑harvested, light pressing, pre‑fermentation maceration at 14 °C, 15 days of skin contact, aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Controlled fermentation at 27 °C. Winemaker: Joana Maçanita.
