This Moscatel, born from interrupted fermentation followed by extended skin contact during the winter months and aging in used oak barrels, delivers a powerful nose of Muscat blossom, orange blossom, quince, and dried grapes. On the palate, it’s a full-bodied wine with intense fruit and a pleasingly bitter-sweet finish, lasting remarkably long. It’s best enjoyed chilled, perhaps with a twist of lemon zest, or paired with dark chocolate desserts or a strong coffee.
