Casa Agrícola Horácio Simões, founded by José Carvalho Simões in 1910, is a centuries-old house now run by the third generation of the family. The winery is located at Quinta do Anjo, in Palmela, an area renowned for producing wines of recognized quality. Its wines are vinified in lagares using purely artisanal and traditional methods.
