The Motor Callet is a blend of Callet and Fogoneu grapes, two indigenous varieties grown on loam‑clay soils rich in ferric oxide, known as “Call Vermell”. Its main distinction is that both fermentation and ageing take place in amphorae crafted from local clay, aimed at preserving maximum freshness. A limited‑production wine that tastes succulent and round, with a smooth texture that faithfully reflects the natural conditions of the harvest.
