This rosé sparkling wine is produced exclusively from the fine Pinot Noir grape, with the care and rigor that distinguish Murganheira. Tradition meets innovation, employing modern winemaking techniques to craft outstanding “cuvées.” From its launch, it was highlighted as one of the wines of the year by critic João Paulo Martins. Vinification involves gentle pulp maceration, pneumatic press, fermentation in stainless‑steel vats, and extended bottle ageing with annual bâtonnage. The wine is aged for six years. Awards: 18/20 in Revista de Vinhos (2017 harvest).
